In the community space, we like to say you can’t assume that if you build it, ‘they’ will come. But sometimes they do.
A parenting community I recently joined took off like wildfire. It was fascinating to me because I so rarely see a community come together so quickly. There was immediate deep, authentic and raw sharing and advice exchanged. The conversations turned quickly from sharing family journeys to hard issues like depression, children with challenging issues . . .
