Maria Ogneva shared Sidecar’s journey from launch to beyond engagement.
Since community is the Sidecar product, it carries with it an added importance. Maria outlined all the ways that the community contributes value to the business:
- One Vision: This puts faith in the drivers (community members) to be entrepreneurial. This entrepreneurial edge helps Sidecar to be very lean and, consequently, more agile.
- Communication: The community allows drivers to stay current, which boosts morale.
- Driver Motivation: The community helps with feelings of isolation.
- Happy Drivers=Happy Riders: This spells increased profits.
