Kirsten stated that the premise behind her “one-way mirror” talk was to remind others that when they are communicating on a social platform, the audience cannot be seen. You can know who they are, you can identify with them, analysis can help discover their ages, genders, etc., but you cannot see them. As a result, it is important to discover ways to use these social platforms to engage with the audience by creating an open door instead of a glass wall or a mirror.
